Protecting the Brotherhood
The Member Verification and Accountability Committee (MVAC) serves to protect the integrity of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. by verifying the legitimacy of membership claims and investigating instances of fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Fraternity's name, marks, and rituals.
MVAC works in coordination with International Headquarters, province leadership, and local chapters to ensure that only duly initiated members represent the Fraternity and that the sacred traditions of Kappa Alpha Psi are upheld.
What MVAC Does
Membership Verification
Verify the legitimacy of membership claims through official fraternity records and documentation.
Fraud Investigation
Investigate reports of individuals falsely claiming membership or unauthorized use of Kappa Alpha Psi trademarks.
Chapter Compliance
Support chapters in maintaining proper membership records and intake documentation.
Reporting & Referral
Report findings to International Headquarters and refer matters for appropriate disciplinary or legal action.
File a Report
