Kappa Archive Recovery Initiative
Preserving our history for future generations of Kappa Men.
Recovering & Preserving Our Heritage
The Kappa Archive Recovery Initiative (KARI) is a fraternity-wide effort to locate, collect, preserve, and digitize historical materials related to Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Since our founding on January 5, 1911, at Indiana University Bloomington, our brotherhood has amassed a rich and storied history.
KARI works to ensure that photographs, documents, publications, artifacts, and oral histories from chapters across the nation are recovered and preserved for posterity — so that the legacy of every era of Kappa Alpha Psi is documented and accessible.
